Is there a minimum order required?
To ensure that we can offer the best wholesale margins, it is recommended to fill one sea-can (20ft, 20HQ, or 40ft) with product to make shipping rates the best possible. Your container can be filled with any assortment of models, colours, or requirements.
Do you provide marketing materials and sales support?
Yes! Every distributor will be onboarded by our product knowledge team and will be trained on key features and benefits, best uses, and accessory options for each model.
Distributors will also be provided image assets, videos, and other official Plush + Oak content to use on sales channels.
Can I apply for a larger territory then just my country?
Yes. If you can prove that your operation has coverage and support for a larger territory or multiple countries we will take this into consideration.
Will my business be listed on your website?
Yes! All international distribution partners will be listed on our website for international customers to shop with. Our goal is to get you the most visibility possible and increase your success!
Who handles shipping logistics, warranty, and customer service?
Plush + Oak will be responsible for all products to get to you safely and 12 months from when they are delivered to your warehouse (warranty period).
Distributors will be selling under their own website, and brand and will be responsible for customer service and shipping logistics within their territory.
Is there set pricing for each region?
Plush + Oak offers premium products and they must be priced as such. Our retail prices are the minimum amount that can be charged for our products. However, importers of our goods will have additional fees of importing (transit) of their wholesale goods, and may want to charge an additional 10-15% to ensure healthy margins.
Sale prices are also set to 10-15% maximum off retail price.
